Condemnation of Newspaper La Nacion for Abuse and Gender Discrimination [ES]

Argentinian media company La Nacion SA was ordered to compensate an employee with 583,821 pesos for failing to meet international standards on gender equality. The Court of the National Labour Chamber asked the newspaper to indemnify the employee for gender discrimination and harassment.
