Elevator company vows to discipline workers guilty of racial harassment

The elevator company accused of racial harassment by a former employee will take “disciplinary actions” against supervisors or other workers who acted inappropriately, a corporate official promised Wednesday.

Chinese company 'sacked worker after sex harassment complaint'

CHINESE-OWNED mobile handset manufacturer ZTE threatened to send an employee from its Melbourne offices back to China after she complained about sexual harassment, according to an unfair-dismissal claim lodged with the Federal Court in Victoria.

GSK fined $90,000 by Argentine court in illegal vaccine trials

The Buenos Aires Herald (BAH) reports that a paper issued by the National Administration of Medicine, Food and Technology found GSK to be in violation of the law for participating in vaccine experiments that are illegal in both the US and Europe.
